METASYS Medizintechnik is looking for a motivated back-office support in “Sales for France / Belgium / Portugal” from January 2025. You will be part of our sales team and act as an assistant for the sales department.

Your tasks:
– Supporting the sales team in order processing and preparing quotations
– Coordination of customer requests and inquiries
– Maintaining and updating the customer database
– Regular communication and reporting to the team in Austria
– General office tasks

Your profile:
– Experience in the office area
– Very good written and spoken French
– Optional technical understanding and affinity for medical technology
– Independent and structured way of working
– Customer-oriented thinking and acting
– Confident handling of MS Office and optionally CRM systems
– Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
